Alanya Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ALTSO) President Eray Erdem announced that the 1/5000 scale master and 1/1000 scale implementation zoning plan changes of Güzelbağ ALTSO Manufacturers Small Industrial Site Building Cooperative were unanimously approved at the Antalya Metropolitan Municipality Council held today.
President Erdem said, “We are very pleased that the amendment was accepted unanimously by all the party members in the parliament. Because common sense and unity of power are very important in such projects. We will follow the next process closely”
Güzelbağ ALTSO Manufacturers Small Industrial Site Building Cooperative visited Antalya Metropolitan Municipality last week and asked for support from Mayor Muhittin Böcek.
President Erdem, in his statement today, said that the zoning plan changes were unanimously accepted in the parliament. Erdem said, “The changes in the Güzelbağ ALTSO Small Industrial Site 1/5000 scale master plan and 1/1000 scale implementation zoning plan, which were referred to the zoning commission at the parliamentary meeting of Antalya Metropolitan Municipality on Monday, were unanimously approved in the second session held today.”
PARCELATION
President Erdem, in his statement that he evaluated the next process; “In the next period, the parts of the plans with changes will be suspended for 30 days in the relevant municipalities. If there is no objection to the suspended decisions, the application of the 18th article, which was left unfinished, will be continued and the subdivision plan will be suspended this time after the decisions to be taken by the committees of the relevant municipalities. Following the completion of the suspension procedures of the parceling plans, the file will be sent to the cadastral directorate for control. After the control procedures, the title deeds will be delivered to the relevant persons by performing the registration procedures.’’

Erdem, who thanked Antalya Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Muhittin Böcek and council members, said, “Last week, we went to Antalya and asked for support from our Muhittin Mayor. We talked about his visit to Alanya and evaluated what needs to be done. We were very happy that the zoning plan changes were approved by the parliament this week. I would like to thank our Antalya Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Muhittin Böcek, our Alanya Mayor Adem Murat Yücel, all the council members and everyone who has contributed to the project since the past. Hopefully, we will overcome the obstacles step by step and bring this project to our Alanya together.”
